70’sの米国。
かわいいキッズ用のズボンのようなシューズ袋がありました。
無名のブランド、誰が作ったのかも定かではありません。
CLUBER BASEの主宰者クラバーは、その愛らしいフォルムに魅了され、
これを復活させたいと強く思いました。
それが“パンツ・シュー・パック”の始まりです。
目指したのはあくまでもオリジナルのフォルム。
スパイク入れとして肝心な丈夫さでも、使い勝手でもありません。
シューズを入れた時のどこか懐かしい質感やしわ感を再現したかったのです。
最初、日本国内で試作をしましたが、
丈夫で、乱れのない縫製、素材は見事であったのですが、
そこにはオリジナルの良さはありませんでした。
そこで、縫製工場を探しまわり、たどり着いたのがバングラの縫製工場。
素材も染色も、天日干し乾燥も、
日本国内では再現できなかったオリジナルそのものの仕上がりでした。
第4弾となる今回は、

there were cute shoe bags for kids that looked like pants.
They were from an unknown brand, and it’s unclear who made them.
Cluber, the founder of CLUBER BASE, was captivated by its adorable shape
and felt a strong desire to bring it back to life.
That was the beginning of the “Pants Shoe Pack.”
