初代モデルの時は1.5ミリ厚の「ナチュラルシュリンクレザー」で作成しました。
そして、セカンドモデルからは今回と同じ2.2ミリの極厚仕様に変更。革が分厚いと制作が難しくなるため工場では革を鋤いて使うことをしたがります。
しかし、「ナチュラルシュリンクレザー」は使うごとに育っていく極上素材です。
どうしても通常の皮厚のまま、限界まで厚い仕様で作りたい！とわがままを言って商品化していただいています。

このヘッドカバーには裏地も付けていません。本革のクオリティと質感、厚みで勝負する他ブランドにないヘッドカバーだと思います。3年、5年、10年と手入れをしながらずっと一緒に育っていけるシンプルなハイ・クオリティなヘッドカバー、アイアンカバーをぜひセットでお使いください。

※600SL、900SL生地以外の帆布生地には撥水性を高めるためにパラフィン加工しております。
そのため、表面白化や織り傷になる場合がございます。
帆布素材の特性となりますので、ご理解お願いいたします。
牛革は天然素材のため、商品よってシボ感・風合いが変わります。
※600SL・900SLなどの生成り系の物には変色の可能性がありますので、撥水スプレーのご使用はお控えください。
他の色で撥水スプレーなどをご使用される場合でも必ず目立たない場所で試し吹きをしてから本体に施工してください。

For the first model, we used 1.5mm-thick “natural shrunken leather.”
Starting with the second model, we switched to the same extra-thick 2.2mm specification used for this version. Because thick leather is difficult to work with, the factory tends to prefer thinning it down before use.
However, “natural shrunken leather” is a premium material that develops a unique patina with each use.
I insisted on keeping the leather at its standard thickness—pushing it to the absolute limit—and they’ve brought this product to market despite my stubbornness.

This headcover has no lining. I believe it’s a headcover unlike any other brand’s, relying solely on the quality, texture, and thickness of the genuine leather. Please use this simple, high-quality headcover and iron cover as a set—one that will grow with you over 3, 5, or even 10 years as you care for it.

*Canvas fabrics other than 600SL and 900SL are treated with paraffin to enhance water repellency.
As a result, surface whitening or weaving marks may occur.
This is a characteristic of canvas material, so we appreciate your understanding.
Since cowhide is a natural material, the grain and texture may vary from product to product.
*Please refrain from using water-repellent sprays on natural-colored items such as 600SL and 900SL, as they may cause discoloration.
Even when using water-repellent sprays on other colors, please be sure to test the spray on an inconspicuous area first before applying it to the main product.
